Customs and Import Duties
Customs and import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country, these vary from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, so they will have to be paid by you once your parcel reaches your country. Please familiarise yourself with customs charges in advance, as these charges are non-refundable once charged and the courier may already pay these charges on your behalf. Our courier partners may also require certain documents from your such as ID cards in order to complete the customs procedures to clear the shipment in your destination country.
